We hebben er zelf niets van gemerkt, maar datgene receptionist achter gepantserd glas zit zal waarschijnlijk iets over de buurt zeggen. Verder best een goede kamer in een hotel met weinig extra voorzieningen.

We walked about 4 k's from Santa Monica Pier up Venice Beach and back then started driving back to the apartment, the GPS battery died about a quarter of the way so we switched to using my phone maps, then my phone battery died! Managed to get back eventually but we definitely took the scenic route.
That's about all for day 1, we made it to our goal of staying awake till 6pm so its bed time now.
