The morning of New Years Eve, we jumped in the car with Sasha and set out to see some more of Connecticut. We saw adorable town after adorable town, and had lunch at an old fashioned general store near Goshen. We drove through Cornwall, a perfect little town with a 200 year old covered bridge. The problem was that it was down in a valley so getting out of the valley with icy roads would have been a problem. During the summer there was the Houstonic River that ran along side the town. This place was beautiful during the fall. Also saw Bull's Covered Bridge. Too bad they did not have a campground ...

... NY institution, on the way to Wong and I convinced Matt to go in on our way home so I could try some of the delicious cakes, biscuits and cannoli!

On Sunday morning Matt and I did a spin class; trying to make a small dent in all the overindulgence of the past few days…

On Monday I had an appointment at the doctor for a full medical. Matt’s work insurance is great so we might as well take advantage of it while we’re here! I had to get ...
