... hostel which I'm quickly learning I prefer because they're more sociable than ones with a bar and big nightlife. We had a few drinks and then joined a group of English, American and Germans and played uno until 2am. ... morning seemed to clear will be heading towards Kempsey and the National Park called Limeburners and stay a night or two at Point Plomer depending on the weather etc. Went for a beautiful walk along the coast and saw our first whales but just a bit to far out to sea to get a proper look. The road to Port Macquarie was a good one. Divided highway, motorway and toll roads took us inland from Sydney then along the coast from Newcastle.
