    ... excellent continental breakfast, I hiked a mile and a half over to the road to Troutville, VA, a small town that offers free camping in the town park and free showers and laundry at the fire station across the street. I set up my tent and seam sealed it, which involved basically painting a silicon solution over the seams to fully waterproof them.
