Today we celebrate our 1 month anniversary here. It’s been interesting with its challenges. The last few days have been cooler(20C) and for us, much more comfortable. We actually had to close all our windows. Both of us are pretty much over our colds.

We Skyped with our kids, daughter-in-law and grandson for the first time from China. It was wonderful to see our new grandson squirming in his dad’s arms. Technology is wonderful when it is working!

... students are studious but as in every classroom, there’s always the exception. Fortunately the students like her very much, an answer to prayer. They even asked her to join them for lunch on the first day. Part of the 20 hours per week is 2 hours of supervision in the evening where students can get help with their homework and courses; I help with the supervision. The students all seem SO young!
... of the places we've seen is The People's Square which is surrounded on 3 sides by government buildings and where national holidays are celebrated.
