... our 3rd night there. I joined Phil outside for a drink, mine was the chocolate liquor, for a while and then the wine and lack of sleep hit me and I headed for bed. This was a good day with lots of walking.

... worn for special occasions and celebrations such as Halloween, the biggest celebration in their calendar as it is the celebration of the harvest. Their Callander if events worked around the seasons, sun and harvest (well that figures if they worship Mother Nature!). ... and then we forgot that part!! But all is not lost. This great lady took us into the theater for a private tour! What a magnificent place! The Boston Opera House. It was originally built for Vaudeville and only was open for one year. It went through many owners and at one time they spent $54 million renovating the building. It is just magnificent! Gold and carvings – too hard to describe!
