... It's a nice change from the chain motels. What our room lacks in comfort the charm of this place makes up for it. Tomorrow we'll take the ferry over to Mackinaw Island for the day. I'm not sure what to expect yet, but it should be lots of fun. The weather is supposed to be cool and clear, so I'm sure we'll do lots of exploring.
