We toured the overlooks in what would have to be called a hurried fashion. This didn’t keep us from taking far too many photos of the spectacular vistas. Along the way we planned how we will visit the overlooks the next time we come here. It seems we really couldn’t bear to leave; it was noon by the time we started back down the hill toward Telluride.

Scott had a double scoop waffle cone that he says warranted its own zip cone - scoop #1 was cookie dough and scoop #2 was caramel swirl.
