      The plan was to catch the 7:34 bus to arrive at Horseshoe Bay at 8:13 in order to catch the Nanaimo ferry at 8:30- 17 minutes to get tickets and get to the ferry. Thankfully everyone was up early and we caught the earlier bus at at 8:04. This turned out to be a good thing since we were sitting on the ferry as it was starting to leave harbour just as the 8:13 bus was arriving-too late. The next ferry was in 2 hours.
