    ... the development are comparable! Back to reality, and we watched as Mary transformed a pile of cinder blocks into an herb and flower garden. Off to buy a few more herbs and have lunch before relaxing the rest of the day. Mary has gone to a meeting tonight, Joe is at his weekly poker game, and we are preparing to get back on the road tomorrow. This has been a lovely interlude.

    Went up to Vault Motor Storage today, planning on putting onboard some final items and decided that since Campers Inn was ready for us and Vault Motor Storage had prepped The Taj for departure, that we'd leave VMS early and bring The Taj to Campers Inn to get an early start.     Started the a.m. with a group walk down along the river with some resort folks and a guide and to get some info as to what we need to see around here. First outing, a hike. Waaaayyy up. Lots of work but worth the climb.  Woods were dense and wonderful, pine smells and colors.  Big climb up rocks to reach Mt. Baldy.  What views...over looking the lake and the ski slopes.
