    Greg kept plenty busy in Livingston, with every morning and afternoon filled with lessons for folks wanting to be more comfortable driving their RV. We also enjoyed the 2 1/2 days of "Boot Camp" put on by Escapees - even after 10 years of full-timing, there were still new things to be learned.

    The grilled burgers and portabello mushrooms were delicious. Beef burgers had blue cheese and spices and turkey burgers had cranberry and gorgonzola. Soooo good.


    Mollie barked throughout the night. We found out in the morning that deer were walking around our tent during the night.

    The drive through Texas was amazing scenery with oil pumps, farmland and dairies everywhere through the great plains, reminded us of outback Australia. We got to see a few dust devils whipping through farms and a major storm brewing to the north of Tx.
