      ... instead of my point and shoot. Brunch at the Met (Metropolitan Brasserie) with the Cartwrights (part of the Toronto contingent) who were in to visit "the kids" was lovely! Try the Met Bruschetta sometime - it's delicious. Made with not too much bread and a lot of flavour. Sun dried tomatoes and creamy cheese, with nicely spiced meat. Everyone else's meals looked great and got rave reviews. Love the ambiance. Several families with kids who were all really well ...

      ... it was far enough away from the US border but also as the French and English sides of Canada combine, as they are only separated by the Ottowa River. We went over to the French part to the Canadian Museum of History to see the architecture, view of he historical buildings but also some fascinating Indian totem poles.

      We continued the tour by going back into the English area and along Sussex Road to see the Prime Minister's residence and that of other important people ...

      ... their last day, they left early to go to the Rockerfeller Centre, the same place we are going to. We walked to it paid to do a tour and then go 'To the Top of the Rock' as it is called to go to 67th floor, by elevator which takes 45 secs to get there. The tour was in fact to walk 4 blocks as the Rockerfellers own 4 sky scrapers here and we walked around the lot of them and each has its own story about Junior and his wife Abby.
