We left Niagara Falls via the Rainbow Bridge into Niagara Falls, New York. We didn't spend anytime there, but from what I saw the U.S. side of Niagara Falls is definitely the ugly step sister to the Canadian side. :) Road tolls seem to be the norm here. On Memorial Day, we dined at 555 restaurant on Congress Street in Portland. It's approach to dining is a Tasting Menu or Chef's Tasting Menu with optional ...

... but not quiet. And we left wanting more and so we had a second lunch lobster roll at a cozy lobster shack on a pier near Ogunquit. And it was really good, too. We wanted more, but they would have to wait for another day.

After second lunch, we visited the Ogunquit Museum of Art where we enjoyed a private tour and saw works by American artists including Winslow Homer and (new to me) DeWitt ...
