Got up at 8:21 a.m. aboard Norwegian Epic in Miami. We had arrived a few hours earlier after a 13-night trans-Atlantic voyage from Barcelona via the Azores and U.S. Virgin Islands. Waking up on the final day of a cruise is always the worst – not only is the cruise over, but guests must disembark no later than 10 a.m., requiring a very early start to the day.
