Donald gave us 45 minutes to walk down the 'walk of fame' and then navigate our way to the point were we could see the 'Hollywood' sign on the hill. See the pic. ... against our legs under the seat! On our way back to the minions, Alex was able to meet his lifelong heroes Shaggy and Scooby Doo! Then we did the minions ride which was a virtual roller coaster. Tom especially enjoyed this, even though he doesn't usually like roller coasters. After an overpriced lunch, we went on the studio tour (45 minute wait in the blazing sun). ... as well as a same amusement park- nothing too crazy but it was still nice to look around. A couple of minutes walk from the pier there is an entire town centre with lots of shops (particularly clothes shops) for the locals and tourists alike. It reminds you that some people do live and work in the area- living life in the sun, lucky people.
