Today ws Fort Morgan, a start shaped fort at the end of Mobile Bay Alabama. This fort along with Fort Gaines tried to protect Mobile Bay against the damn Yankees during the civil war. It then was commissioned in WW1 and WWII just in case.
The interest in this fort is its star shape and defenses.

... we went to the FloraBama- a place Grandpa Rich and Grandma Sue know well. It was amazing! Very confusing at first since they have several buildings and more than several bars, but we figured it out after walking around for a good while. Case got hot wings and I got the catch of the day, grouper. We also shared a Bushwacker, a specialty drink the FloraBama makes that tastes a lot like a mudslide.
