We went in to Pendleton to the Pendleton Outlet Mill. There were some beautiful clothes and blankets. Found a nice place for a good salad for lunch and wandered around town. It's a nice town that Sita down in a valley off interstate 84.

... br> As we started thinking about where we would head the following day, Jim made a small discovery. While trying to find a suitable place to stay, we had gone too far East on 84 to make the turn North . Not too far, but could have done without the backtrack. Guess that's what happens when you really have no set plan on where you are going..... lol. But then where would the fun be????

Got up at 8am, had breakfast and then headed off back up the I-84 until we reached I-82 at Hermiston and crossed the river into Washington state.
