I have finally managed to sort out my visa card. The NAB Fraud team had put a block on it because the online payment to 'Save Our Cemeteries' (St. Louis Cemetery #1 tour) was unusual given that it was a charity. Once I confirmed it was a legitimate transaction, the block was removed from my credit card within two minutes.
