After settling in at my parents' house I decided to take a little road trip to the Chesapeake Bay region to make the best of my captivity in New Jersey while I can still get away. Although I’ve passed through the area many dozens of times between the New York and New Jersey and points south there are many spots in the region like Baltimore and Annapolis that I never took the time to explore.

So much to see so little time! Both Bryan and I have fallen in love with DC and will hopefully get back here someday for a week. We had lunch at a really great small place Ollie's Trolley, Bryan had a 5 oz burger and chocolate shake and I had their small fry's which were seasoned with 24 fresh herbs ...

... After class, I went around old town to do some last minute shopping. I bought spent so much money and time in this one jewelry store the guy gave me an unbelievable discount, AND a loaf of bread. He also talked to me for about 20 minutes about his life and his opinions. God I love old Greek people.
