Today was my third golf lesson. It has been loads of fun. You really have to be able to laugh at yourself. But there is nothing better than learning the correct things to do from the get-go. ... smoke detectors with dead batteries so once we unplugged the inter-connected alarms we were OK. Bill was next door and welcomed us back and we set about getting the Fiat off the trailer and into the garage. A few people noticed that and stopped to chat.

And of course I needed to do some grocery shopping at Publix - where else?

... a bit of grocery shopping. It took Mum back as she used to shop in Publix at Port Charlotte and, like us, loves the store.

Richard made us hamburgers for lunch and I think that really made it feel like summer for Mum. Since this was a relatively quiet day Richard and I napped and then I walked down to the Charlotte pool. There are several Red Maples along the way that are out in full leaf!
