... so had to re-route. Not much off road work but we expected this in Tennessee.
Found the Jack Daniels brewery and had a fleeting look inside.

... 75 miles on a highway. Kim and I stopped twice for coffee and at one of the places we got a fried apricot pie. Lunch was at this darling town called Fayetville, and we went into a bookstore (I got another book to read) and made our second stop for coffee. Then we were on our way. ... Martin Methodist College were kind enough to shuttle our riders the 92 MILES to the next site! Unbelievable!!

Before the shuttles could get us, though, we had time to follow through with a plan our group had days back, involving roster pictures and the official NC2SD Bike & Build website. It was. Everything. Best idea ever.

... been amazing and welcoming. After snacking and showering, the town's chiropractor took us all in for free adjustments to our aching bodies. I have never been to one before and it was quite the enjoyable experience. I'm feeling refreshed and ready to take on our biggest ride to date tomorrow-95 baby! We also will be hitting the 1,000 mile mark at some point en route tomorrow. So much to be excited ...
