... came on softest setting so increased Mark's to 5 and mine to 4.
Increased rebound from 50% to 95%.
this really helped especially with the luggage and weight we are carrying. Mark suggested a smaller front sprocket but maybe a couple of teeth less on back would be better. maybe something to look into when the trail gets tougher.

... Chalking. Each morning each rider takes a piece or two of chalk. The riders that are ahead of everyone else chalk where we're supposed to turn; we use the cue sheets for this too but the chalking really helps. Also, if you want to take a break and explore something, you chalk it so that sweep knows where you are and doesn't pass you. ... Martin Methodist College were kind enough to shuttle our riders the 92 MILES to the next site! Unbelievable!!

Before the shuttles could get us, though, we had time to follow through with a plan our group had days back, involving roster pictures and the official NC2SD Bike & Build website. It was. Everything. Best idea ever.
