It's a Texas tradition! You have to eat at "Waterburger"! Yummy breakfast of pancakes, taquitos, honey chicken biscuits, and chocolate milk. Mmmmmmmmm We stopped for ice and lo and behold....Dublin Dr Peppers! In honor of my sister, Kathy, we bought one for everybody. For those unversed in Dr Pepper language, Dublin Dr Pepper's are made with cane sugar instead of corn syrup and are only available in and around Dublin, ...

Weird though to be able to read through the newspaper and see faces of people and what they are wanted for. You sure don't get that in NZ!

The brisket was very tender and smoky, the suace (there are two kinds) is very good, and the sides are good old fashion Texas good eat'n. The town is one of those "don't blink or you will miss it" places, but we would recommend this BBQ joint to anyone.
