          ... something I'd not had before and something totally American. So biscuits and gravy it was.           ... Arkansas River was crossed and blue patches started to appear in front. The bumps and the forests both returned. As the cloud broke up and began to dissipate, we were able to increase our height to 4,500ft and it became a little smoother.           Me and Taylor started the day right by heading over to a trail in uptown Dallas. It's called Katy trail and it runs for miles.           ... Our time was spent visting with friends Jean and Christy (originally from Ohio). We toured Christy's employment office with a large major airlines. Vegged at their home, ate local cuisine and Christian's special "snoballs".
