    ... to town and dinner! After arriving back at the hotel, we decided to stay.....the Shamrock Inn, what an overpriced place. The bed SUCKED....I mean....it would have been better to sleep in the driveway of that place! The T.V. was from the 1980s, so I am not sure what they do with all the extra money they screw people out of while staying there......but for the pass 15 or 20 years, they did not waste any on fixing up the rooms!     I’m laughing at myself as I feel the sore inner thigh muscle I slightly pulled in Jill’s Wednesday AM yoga class this morning. We did a hamstring class that built up to Hanuman, the Monkey God pose, aka a split. I could not get near a split as a child and I was surprised at where my body went today. Pain is not always a bad thing. I came by this nagging thigh muscle very honestly. It makes me smile.

    ... Farms over a few muddy cow paths, up and down hills hoping we will make back over these roads. We reached our destination and learned about Vermont's 5th season - mud season. We were treated to samples of maple syrups and Vermont cheeses. We also learned about the maple syrup process. The trees have a window of about 5-7 weeks during which they can be tapped and sapped.
