      ... with a little more retail therapy at the shops of Downtown Disney. World of Disney is a huge shopping area filled with lots of options. We only did window shopping here as haven't been in any of the parks yet to see what selection is available there. But, we did stop at Basin to buy some solid shampoo bars which are only available here. They are great for travel and last a long time. One final shop we made a purchase at was their clearance store where I bought a new Monorail mug ...

      Not a very bright and sunny day but that also kept the crowds away so there was never a big wait for any of the rides. I had to carry Madi to First Aid in the first 10 mins with grazed knee, elbow and foot. A few band aids and a chocolate donut (the size of sandwich plate) later and she was ok again.

      Highlights:
      - the family tube ride - we did it 3 times, so cool
      - the Taboggan rides which Madison decided was the bestest ride ever ...

      ... our waitress was very good and James loved it!

      We headed off to the airport and found our flight was delayed by an hour due to the storms. I must say that British Airways both in America and Heathrow are really **** at handling these delays and took the stance that it was the passengers who should be discomforted rather than the staff and their systems. Customer service does not come into it apparently.

      ... I left a piece of my heart in that tiny studio apartment. I knew I forgot something in Europe.

      Then I cry even harder thinking about how fortunate I am to be where I am right now. I don't have a stellar internship or job. I don't have much to live off of with these paychecks either.

      ... checking. We sat some more and after a while they said people could get up and down and even get off the plane if they wished. It's now 4.30 & the latest update is that they are looking for a part. No time of departure is known at this stage..... To be updated. The next update informed us that this plane wouldn't fly at all & we needed to disembark & another plane would be organised. One had to be flown in from Boston for us. The next expected ...
