We contacted Heid's Motorcycles in Garnet Lake, NY and they have a tire in stock for her, so we will be heading that way in the morning on our way to Watkins Glen.     My main job while I'm at the farm is to sort the dried garlic - looking for bulbs which are sprouting and will have to be used for planting - and tidying up the garlic ready for market. I also have the chance to go along to a farmer's market in st Anne de Bellevue. A great excuse to check out the other stalls and explore the little town.
