... br> My last interaction of the day was with a woman and daughter in the same grocery store who instructed me on how to cook cactus as a side dish combined with tomato, onion, garlic, and cilantro . The mother described the process to her daughter who then translated for me. She even offered to have me come over and she would cook it for me. I said it would try it for myself.

Wow. We have now been in the desert for almost 3 weeks, which was holiday time for me, and May 1st was the first official day of my 7 month leave. It's the third time I have participated in the Employee Funded Leave program at work, although this time I took 7 rather than 6 months off. ... from the gate to the campsite took 5 hours, that's 5 hours of little shade and very little water as it was buried at the back of the car, an error.

The festival was like most festivals, partying, music, chilling, the group i was with was a real stroke of luck, our camp site was kitted out with 2 showers a kitchen, tents, chairs, air beds, it was rather luxurious.
