In about 9 days I am leaving for San Ramon, Costa Rica. I will be in Costa Rica for five months as I spend a semester studying abroad. I have always dreamed of studying abroad and knew it was something important for me to do. While it is going to be hard to leave my family and the people I care about I know that this adventure will allow me to grow as a person. I am eager to improve my spanish skills and experience the culture. I will be leaving January 16th! I will ...

We went to breakfast with Zach (I got to ride shotgun in Roxy, and got to witness Southern friendliness firsthand), where we all over-ordered and basically died from our food consumption. Visited Whole Foods. Took a trip down the halls of PDS (far too nice), and then hung out at his house. We went to a Charlotte Knights game with his mom (his dad wasn't feeling well), which was super fun. Then we got dinner at a place with great biscuits, and just hung out some ...

... it had been about about five-ish years maybe. So great. After that, there was this small pool and waterfall in the bark and Christine and I went and did some yoga. It was so relaxing and so cathartic. Then I went and played 4v4 with some other bike and builders. Great night. More to report tomorrow. We're building here in Charlotte! Love and miss y'all, xxxA Side note: I'm blogging in a bar right now. Kim is really ...
