I'm sitting in the Charlotte airport on my 8 hour layover, drinking a cold beer and reflecting on the last 10 years. This trip is far and beyond anything I've ever done before, and it is really exciting. Especially since I still don't have half of it planned yet!

There were close to 900 delegates representing chapters from every state in the union except Delaware and Louisiana at this 6th International Conference. (A Louisiana chapter may be imminent.) ... cool and inviting with all the sea-doos and boats. When we got to the bottom of the lake we saw the dam.

Back to the store and then the motorhome. It wasn't as hot as yesterday so we did sit out for about 30 minutes then inside until early evening.

Time to start packing up for our last day or two on the road.

... Factory, but with a 10-15 minute wait for a table, we opted instead to get a takeout of just their plain cheesecake to share. We might as well have waited for the table though, as despite the fact that the cheesecakes came already sliced, it took them a good 20 minutes to put this into the box for us. On the plus side it was really good, and the next day when we went back, we made sure to get a table for a proper sit down lunch.
