The goal of visiting Omaha was going to the supposed best zoo in the world. We arrived there at 10:30am and left at 4:15pm, shortly before they closed at 5pm. It's great having the GPS to navigate us around, and we had no issues getting there or back to the hotel. Had a nice swim in Lake Michigan near Chicago, huge lake can’t see the other side, there were large sand dunes and a small wave. Apparently a hippie in a combi does surf tours on the lake, but it just didn’t feel like the sea. Hils and I had several theories why not.
