We did visit LBJ's childhood home once, but didn't even know that Johnson City had a downtown. They have a square and everything! Kate and Roy hadn't eaten breakfast yet, so they drove into Johnson City for breakfast and we cleaned up, then met them at the restaurant. Today was a lot of interstate travel and after lunch the temperature rose to 36C so it was not great for travelling on a motorcycle. It was kind of like standing in front of a blow dryer for 6 hours. I was grateful for my full face helmet on the highway as it kept some ...

... will try to post entries for every day, but no promises... After all, I will be chasing the little rugrats around most of the time. :)

Right now, my airline tickets are booked for England and I am going to get my passport in the next week or so at the Houston Passport Agency. I've booked my rooms in Scotland, and I am about to purchase my flight from London to Edinburgh and the train/bus travel to get me around Scotland.

      Until next time,
