... a small amount of breakfast, Kate & Roy asked if we wanted to drive into Fredericksburg. Kate and Roy hadn't eaten breakfast yet, so they drove into Johnson City for breakfast and we cleaned up, then met them at the restaurant. After they finished their breakfast, we drove into Fredericksburg and walked around a little and did a little shopping. ... to cook. As it turned out, we three couples decided to go out to eat, so we drove into Johnson City. We sat there for a couple of hours and visited and ate. It was nice not to rush.

Travis is a fun lake because there is plenty to see and do including Hippie Hollow Park which is the only clothing optional public park in Texas and it is very popular for nude sunbathing and swimming - so cover the kids eyes as you boat by and leave the binoculars at home!
