    Jane "Hit the Wall" during our trip from Michigan to Tennessee to spend the night with her sister and brother in law. Too much seat time, not enough moving. Be good to get back to NC and get on with our building and my golf and joining the club. Good to see Stan and Nina. His shoulder still not recovered. Going to start weight training soon, but still awake all night with pain.

    ... all this is that no person in their right mind who drove 3000 miles on roads like this would ever contemplate a repeat trip. Starting tomorrow we will be back to the old ways. That’s for sure.
