        ... had forgotten what all had gone on, but they did a good job of reminding us. Phil had met him in Boston and spent about 2 hours one on one with him-the story of this is in his book. After that to my doctor to get a missing prescription, then leave it at WalMart, stop at the bank and then home. Later out to play pool- I won 2 of 3!         ... any paved roads. Florence gave me orders to wake her if I heard coyotes during the night, but didn't hear a thing. I think she was disappointed, but if the dogs had heard them, I'm not too sure that would have thrilled other campers either.

        ... We did take pause on day one when a monster rattlesnake crossed our path! We "camped " at Best Western in the town of JT. The boys enjoyed the heated pools, and then later in the eve we visited regionally famous, Smith's Ranch Drive In. Thanks to a turkey of a movie, the best entertainment was the billion-star canopy, and leftover KFC chicken and mac'n'cheese.
