    ... Marblehead and Manchester by the Sea. We knew some roads that would be snow covered and not plowed, and they were fun. Did see some damage from the huge tides and wind. Lunch of Seafood soup and Clam Chowder soup at Gloucester. Then further to Rockport and back. We made a stop at Beverly to a shopping mall as we needed a toiletries bag for Phil.     ... We did take pause on day one when a monster rattlesnake crossed our path! We "camped " at Best Western in the town of JT. The boys enjoyed the heated pools, and then later in the eve we visited regionally famous, Smith's Ranch Drive In. Thanks to a turkey of a movie, the best entertainment was the billion-star canopy, and leftover KFC chicken and mac'n'cheese.     ... part, but finally had to work on it—and I struggled with it and when I was almost done discovered that the glass just lifted out!!!! So now nice and clean and looks like a new refrigerator. Glad to have that out of the way. That is basically all I did today. A bit each day and eventually I will be done.
