    Today we drove almost the whole length of TN. We were going to stop and see friends in Nashville, but we got the dates mixed up and they weren't home, so we will have to catch them next time.     ... nice but I saw too many confederate flags on cars to get out and chat up random people. ;) A gay guy does not stop in Kentucky, he simply drives through it. lol. All kidding aside, KY was a beautiful state and a very fun part of the road to drive on.

    ... Memphis as we crossed the Mississippi including pyramid building which I believe is home to their NBA team. Had two unpleasant surprises in Memphis when I40 went to single lane for a brief time. Had a few nasty comments for TN DOT. Must be only one lane interstate in the entire country.
