We got nearly all the way across Wyoming. Just about 2 hours from Yellowstone now. There was heavy rain again today, off and on, and just frequent enough to decide to stay in a motel again. This time there was a pool so the kids could get all the energy out from being stuck in the car all day and we could soak in the hot tub. The Big Horn mountains were amazing to drive through with its immense canyon and hairpin turns. It was raining through much of it and even some snow flurries ...

... a spot for us, it was busy the bikers are headed to Sturgis, S.D. After dropping off the Palace on Wheels we headed out to the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, what a blast to the past!!! ... of a museum located on the edge of town. We spent a little over an hour there and decided to return tomorrow morning for a trip/tour to a digging sight.

Early evening: to Eagle RV grounds for a BBQ, play on the playground, showers, more of "Close Encounters," and then off to bed.

Maybe tomorrow the kids can make it up until dark and we can have proper s'mores!
