... temp was around 40. Funny thing happened as we approached the 10,000 ft pass and snow covered peaks, two of our bags of chips exploded from the sudden low pressure. The sky was an ominous and undulating dark grey most of the day which matched the mysterious moonscape and was some relief from the relentless sun from the days before. ... a spot for us, it was busy the bikers are headed to Sturgis, S.D. After dropping off the Palace on Wheels we headed out to the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, what a blast to the past!!! ... of a museum located on the edge of town. We spent a little over an hour there and decided to return tomorrow morning for a trip/tour to a digging sight.

Early evening: to Eagle RV grounds for a BBQ, play on the playground, showers, more of "Close Encounters," and then off to bed.

Maybe tomorrow the kids can make it up until dark and we can have proper s'mores!
