Ken and I spent an amazing few days in France together (read "A Blinding Light" if you haven't done so!!) and made it to Orlando at around 11pm on Thursday, June 5th.     ... but to get out and walk between the formations allows you close up views. Note the pictures of the cavities in the walls and the birds that have built nests in those cavities. Big horn sheep have been seen in there, but we didn't see any. Any you can also get permits to climb the rocks, but there weren't any climbers today either. Enjoy the pictures and tomorrow we post from Pikes Peak, which by the way is the tallest mountain you see in the background of some of the pictures.

Spent a lot of time walking around the central garden getting a lot of pictures such as the Kissing Camels, 3 Graces, Cathedral Spires and others. It puts the animals in a more appropriate natural setting yet allows the people better viewing.
