    So it's the day before I leave. So much to get done, still have to finish packing, have a ton to do at work tomorrow, and Christina is coming over soon :) Jamming out to some fresh traditional Irish jams will watching Eric doing his awful Irish Jig impersonation. It hasn't really set in that I'm actually going to Ireland until yesterday/today. I'm thinking this trip has potential to top the trip to Australia and Dominican Republic. Can't wait until tomorrow! ...

    ... is a shame to waste a cupcake, but I knew I wouldn’t have time to eat them both later. The Brooklyn Blackout was great—rich, moist and fudgy. I also really liked the yellow American cupcake. I much preferred the butter cream icing to their meringue icing on their other cupcakes.

    ... out in Hong Kong) I am really far away from anything that is familiar.
    So, break open your chopsticks and grab a dumpling or two and enjoy what will unfold during this next month. I wish you all well in whatever it is that you are doing, whether it's lazing around on the beach, hiking and enjoying spectacular mountains, traveling to fantastic places or gathering with family in the back yard.
