... some photos taken. Was really good fun except my legs were well and truly ready to get out and walk by the time we got in. Just in time as it had just started to get drizzly.
Was getting quite chilly by then, the water not as cold as I thought would be but still wouldn't have liked to fall in...
Then kept heading NNE through Glacier National Park, around and down through Golden, getting quite darker ...

At last....wine!

... movement so the van was pretty stifling. However, compared to the last few nights, Kelowna is mercifully fairly free of mozzies so we could throw the doors and windows open to air it out. Finally it cooled sufficiently that we could climb into bed to sleep in preparation for more wineries and general Kelowna exploring tomorrow.

... Sweden. Practiced more riding through the trees. Gem Lake a new side of the hill opened today so we got to experience a lot of new runs. ... it in too far!! It provided some amusement.

The tour was actually a really good way to see some of the countryside, the views were spectacular, and we realised our location at the Cove was very unique.

Homeward bound tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing our boys Great holiday; we will return someday.

... This Kalmalka Lake sparkles like a rare jewel. Just past the lake is a little town called Vernon. Yesterday we were on Okanagan Lake.at Wade Koenig’s summer cottage (a trailer) which reminded me of some of the beach bars we have visited in Mexico.
