... our trajectory and made California our new destination. We spent the morning at Saguaro National Park doing some work before really hitting the road and heading west. We drove for more than 5 hours that day and finally crossed into California as the sun was setting over the far off mountains. We switched time zones once again and gained another hour. Good ...

... to Southern California. From Indio, we drove about two hours to Parker, Arizona, which is on the Arizona/California border, and the Colorado River. We spent 10 days there, hanging out with family and friends before heading down to Quartzsite, Arizona. Quartzsite is very well known in the RV world. It is a town of about 3,000 year round residents but swells to tens of thousands more in the winter. Snowbirds from all over ...
