    ... back home, so much simpler. We arrived at Cortona Inn and Suites about 9pm, to find they didnt have our booked room available. Hmm, we were tired and wanted to sleep, but they for some reason (stopped listening to their excuses after a while) couldn't give us our room till the next day.     ... we had done all they had told us too we could still not update our data so more phone calls and being put on hold etc etc. Finally we got it sorted after a trip to Target to purchase some pre paid cards because they wouldn’t accept ANY Australian cards.
