... t toured the 2nd half of the museum. It was equally interesting. Jim got a big kick out of the football museum. George W. bush had a baseball museum associated with his library. Reagan had played high school & college football & of course, had played the legendary role of the "Gipper," quarterback of Notre Dame way back in Knute Rockne's coaching days. We walked back up the beach and stopped to have dinner in a Mexican restaurant, which was really nice and then back on the road for another hour to get to Anaheim. The hotel was clean and simple and we got the kids straight to bed. I found a quiet room and did a conference call with my new boss in Thailand, who’d just started himself. ... Dee brought along a 2 upgrade coupon since we had a lot of luggage. We ended up with an SUV, a Nissan Rogue, which was very comfortable for our drive to Las Vegas.

Along the way, we stopped at Burger King for lunch. We arrived in Las Vegas around 3:00 p.m.

Since Ron is a Diamond player (high roller), we were able to check-in pretty easily. Dee and Ady are excited since they paid the ...

... logistical operation as we still needed to live in it but wanted to have it sorted well before departure. On the bright side it was in great shape and only need a few little fixes, new microwave, toilet seal, etc. We also had claimed honestly we would be desperate to sell by the end of September and had offers coming in pretty thick and were working with a few different people before a guy offered us our asking price $14900 as soon as a mechanic sent an inspection report. ...
