First up today we gave the hotel breakky a miss and went in search of a small city diner. We were very happy to finally wake to clear blue skies!! Woohoo! We walked past the huge Bushe Baseball stadium and the plethora of surrounding car parks. ... which we passed about 20 miles ago. Very heavily advertised and apparently Jesse James hideout. This place is not commercialized at all and has great reviews of the caves. Tomorrow we will see. Cooked up a gourmet meal of wieners on onion buns with melted cheese. Why do things taste so good when you're camping? Got to love the $9 bottle of Gnarly Head 2011 Cab Sauvignon that went with dinner, maybe that's what improved things ...

... gained". We reach the park, and I'm glad we ventured, it's certainly simple, but this is the country. The owner takes us to our site by the river (which flooded in August- the water rose 32 ft!) His wife (the one who we spoke to earlier in the day) then comes by to deliver four wieners, buns, and a zippie bag of marshmallows for us to have with our campfire- Randy sure is a charmer.
