The rides were fantastic. We were gobsmacked with awesomeness after awesomeness. I really enjoyed the Indiana Jones ride which had a great mix of thrill and theme. Finding Nemo, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, It's a small world, Dumbo the flying elephant, and Splash Mountain were all incredible.

So you could theoretically hold tickets for both parks and not have the same constraints. While you won't have the long wait times like on stand-by just note that you will still have to wait in line.
