Greetings one and all. We had a little scare this morning with our air conditioner. I awoke last night around 1:30 AM and the fan was running, but the air coming out of the ducts wasn't very cold. It is unusual for the A/C to run steady much after dark so I got up to see what might be wrong. I didn't figure it out and tossed and turned for the rest of the night imagining the worst.

I got up early, at 6:00, and after some research and trial ...

When I took Harley out this morning to take care of business, he wandered into the next space while I was tidying up after him. Of course, the RV park guy was just passing by in his golf cart and as he rode by he reminded me that dogs have to be on a leash at all times. ... at 10:00. We opted for the "All Access Tour" which was approximately 90 minutes for a cost of $23 per person. They had two other tours; one of just 30 minutes and another that was “a three hour tour” (cue the Gilligan's Island theme).

I will start with a little history about Daytona International Speedway and you can skip this if you have no interest in auto racing. I bet not many will skip it, though. First of all, stock car racing in ...

    Night 3: Sick in Savannah

Night 3: Sick in Savannah I'm pretty sick sitting here on Tybee Island. I got so dizzy, I couldn't sit at a takeout place. Written 2 days later: It's been a very rough day health wise for me. I wasn't able to write yesterday so I'll catch up today. On the day in question Jessica drove a little over 200 miles from Tybee to Ormond Beach, FL. Along the way she passed a wet frontal boundary. On the other side temps were in the70's at night. It was a bit ...
