... in this studio because of its intimacy. The guide turned down the lights, to the dimness that Elvis himself enjoyed to work in and told us stories of his recording late into the night. Then, with the atmosphere charged and air tingling, played us one of his recordings, its raw quality adding to the effect. ... doesn't have a great deal to do during the day, especially if you are not a fan of country music. It's the city where you'd love to be able to go on a three day bar crawl. The building's exterior is decorated with symbolic ...

After this, we walked around the streets taking in all the sights and wandered into the Swingin Doors Saloon and had lunch at 3pm, while listening to some great live music. There were 2 guys playing music and interacted so much with the people in the bar, hanging **** on them from where they ...

We have a bus tour this morning at 11am and its about a half hour or so walk from where we are staying so we start off walking to get the bus and decide to keep walking, checking things out along the way. There is so much to see here I would definitely come back to Nashville for sure. We arrive at the waiting point for the tour and there is the big pink bus and a large group of women, mostly retirees, waiting as well. Ron is a bit concerned at this ...
