    ... squash (even though the squash had the proper name on its sticker...) Anyways, Simon decided to make the dish anyways. It came out pretty funny, as you can imagine, that's not the type of dish that works with spaghetti squash. Our little arguments over the dish, and whose fault it was, and how to try and make it taste better (Simon's idea: add lots of gravy onto your plate) made some pretty great memories.

    All I knew about Jersey stemmed from the Northern industrial district near the airport and a few scenes from Jersey Shore, well that and my sister's disgust at being called a Jersey girl.
