    Late Entry

Our plane landed around 6:00 PM, we are all ecstatic our long day of travel is over. Been awake for over 26 hours, time for some much needed rest. This was a trip of a life time, glad we kept track of everything we did to go back and read the journal entries to re-live every moment. There are so many great adventures & experiences in China it's hard to decide what was the best.

    Thank you ...

What we have been waiting for, The Mall of America! It's the size of 78 football fields. We have an agenda and know where we want to go but know we will get sidetracked as we go. Andrew ...

... time in their lives! Big eyes, laughter, etc We then went around and let each kid try to blow bubbles. There were hoots of laughter as one of their classmates struck out the first few tries. Coaxing the shy ones to try it was a challenge, but I think eventually everyone blew at least one bubble. We then had them line up and gave each a colored pencil, and, being kids, they immediately began trading colors. Finally, we presented the teachers with school ...

... a new culture but I am also nervous about spending a whole year away from my family and friends. This is where you come in! I encourage you to check back to the blog often, leave me comments, and ask me questions about my time serving in Mexico. This kind of support is so important to me.

I have not received information about my exact placement in Mexico but I will find out ...
