          ... which was an Oasis in the desert where we saw fan-palms. It is so interesting when at first glance the desert appears barren, but then surprises you with palm trees!           In minutes, we went from rolling rolling hills to flat lands once we reached Friant, CA. Still, everything is so dry. I must be honest, I do like these 'flat' road much better.           ... which were perfectly balanced circles, using the wind to move very smoothly & calmly around each other. It was so much more artistic & mesmerising than Hornsby's water feature!

          ... Jerra liked the singer who was dressed as a 50's diner server and every time we saw them, Jerra would wave at her. By the third and fourth time we saw them, the singer would wave at Jerra and give her a big smile. They are now BFFs.
