      We made it! Over 44,500 miles and thirty countries in 254 days. So, many thanks to those who were so encouraging and to those whose expertise and experience helped us get ready. And thank you to everyone who was so generous in giving us a comfortable bed and a home cooked meal. And thanks for allowing me to share the trip with you. It added a new dimension to the odyssey.

      ... who just endured a Category 5 Cyclone around the North
      Queensland area and around Rockhampton, which is where our travelling
      companions Glestelle & Tom hale from.
      The sixty mile per hour winds (which is around 100 kilometres per hour)

      ... which i presumme is the next county over and they said they were on their way. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for them to come. We had to fill out a form to allow the police permission to break into our van, its not everyday you see a policeman breaking into something haha.
