    Yangshou is a very tidy city with very neat hedged gardens
    and colourful trees. The surrounding hills make a spectacular backdrop to the

    ... both cats and dogs strung up like the pigs and cows. You could get very upset by this (I did) but I guess you have to accept that this is a different culture and accept it.

    Laden with goods for our cooking class sans cat and dog we walked to the restaurant for our cooking lesson.
