... pretty simple but I accidentally swam back into the kayak instead of surfacing to the side. One night we had a big jambalaya cook up at the waterfront and a canoe race. ... Tona y Pancho, and through them I saw more of Chilean culture than any regular tourist could ever hope to see by going to the common tourist sites. I'm grateful to them for sharing so much and I hope to repay the favor somehow, someday.
One result of this trip is that I have resolved to take advantage this running start and learn Espaņol!
