    ... of the engines showed oil drips was immediately after a hard run with a quick shut down. As I discovered with the replacement engine, changing to 15w-40 oil eliminated all drips. I have to assume changing to 15w-40 would have stopped the leak in the experimental engine also. Was changing the engine the right thing to do?
